Aim of research: the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the strategy of developing cattle-breeding enterprises. Methods of research: abstract and logical, monograph, economic and statistical, sociological interview, graphic, table, matrix, network planning. Theoretical results: the formation of the basis for the further improvement of theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations related to the strategy of developing cattle-breeding enterprises. Practical results: the development of scientifically substantiated recommendations related to the strategy of developing cattle-breeding enterprises. Scientific novelty: the formation of methodological principles of forming the cattle-breeding enterprise strategy which is based on developing the matrix of its strategical prospects with respect to optimizing the organizational solutions, logistic and economic expediency, enterprise size and variable conditions of the environment.
