Essay

The aim of research is the scientific substantiation and deepening of the theoretical and methodical principles as well as development practical recommendations related to forming a strategy of rural development with a focus on European prospect for Ukraine. The object of research in the process of forming a strategy of rural development with a focus on European prospect for Ukraine. Methods of research: statistic and economic, construction objectives tree, correlative and regressive analysis, extrapolation of trend. Theoretical results: the development of proposals and recommendations related to forming a strategy of rural development with a focus on European prospect for Ukraine. Practical results: the research results are aimed at solving practically the problems of forming a strategy of rural development with a focus on European prospect for Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the author has proposed scientific and methodological approach to the definition of content strategy for rural development, which is based on the system interaction of economic, social and environmental components. This system interaction provides a synergistic effect of organizational structure and socio-economic transformation in rural areas with a focus on European prospect. The level of introduction: the results of the research conducted are used by the Kamenetz-Podolsk District State Administration, Kamyanskya Rural Rada, as in the educational in Podolsky State Agrarian Technical University. Efficiency: the research results will contribute to improving effective forming a strategy of rural development with a focus on European prospect for Ukraine. Sphere of application: central and local bodies of executive power, bodies of local self-management, higher educational establishments.
