The thesis is sanctified to increase the effectiveness of primary prophylaxis in tooth decay for children with a fluorosis by introduction of the worked out medical and preventive complex. First by the method of molecular-biological analysis studied polymorphism of gene ММР 20 561 A-T for children in the district of endemic fluorosis, the mutant type of allels is educed in 3,3% of cases.Well-proved efficiency of application for the primary tooth decay prophylaxis for children with the fluorosis of the complex with exo- and endogenous action first offered by an author, in the complement of that preparations of "Tooth Mousse"; "Kiddy Farmaton"; "Lisodent"; sealing of permanent molars fisseres and oral hygiene is due to the improvement of mineralizing ability, biochemical indexes of mouth liquid, pulp functional activity. The offered chart of prophylaxis allows to promote efficiency of primary caries prophylaxis for children with the fluorosis of teeth and can be widely used in stomatological establishments of different levels.
