The thesis investigates problems in the functioning of agricultural enterprises on the basis of a marketing orientation. The theoretical and methodological principles of marketing orientation and marketing concepts are studied, peculiarities of their manifestation and realization in agricultural enterprises, the method of study of the process and results of marketing orientation implementation are carried out. Organizational and economic conditions and characteristics of marketing activities in the agricultural enterprises of Lviv region are revealed, conditions of marketing orientation implementation in agricultural enterprises, the importance of marketing on the basis of marketing activities, informational support of economy subjects in agriculture are defined; basic principles of marketing orientation transition of agricultural enterprises including improving the planning and organization of marketing and marketing research are justified.
