Clinical and diagnostic survey of 140 children suggests that relapsing bronchopulmonary pathology is pathogenetically linked to protein peroxidation/antioxidant protection system disbalance, intensification of connective tissue catabolism, restriction of phagocytic cell source, exhaustion of immune system compensatory antiinflammatory mechanisms and inadequate antiinflammatory response.
