Object - ultra-light unmanned aircrafts (UAA) from composites. Goal - increase the mass efficiency ultra-light UAA with composites and constructive-technical support of production. Methods - of mechanics of materials and structures, theory of mechanisms and machines, aerodynamicst, schedule and process the result of the experiment. Results - improved method of creating ultra-light UAA based on the properties of thin reinforcing materials and semi-finished products from design, development, technology and materials to mass production and sales. Novelty - the first time the technology for the production of ultra fine carbon material and enhanced the formation of polymer aggregates. The proposed new design and technological solutions UAA and space products on the basis of the hyperfine composites and advanced processing technology placeholder.
