Romanchenko Y. Judicial functions in the administrative legal proceeding of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted the theoretical and practical aspects of realization of judicial functions in the administrative legal proceeding. On the basis of complex analysis of scientific efforts, current legislation, judicial practice, normatively legal acts in the field of administrative justice of foreign countries of the continental system of right considered theoretic legal bases of determination of judicial functions in the administrative legal proceeding and directions of improvement of their realization by the proper subjects. The state and prospects of scientific developed of category is worked out "judicial functions" in the administrative legal proceeding and a conclusion is done about absence of monographic efforts in this sphere. Investigational legal maintenance of judicial functions in the administrative legal proceeding, their concept is formulated and author classification is offered. Using legislative acts from administrative justice of the separate European and post-Soviet countries, it is found out normatively legal fittings for settling of judicial functions in administrative justice and comparatively them with positions of domestic Code of the administrative legal proceeding.
