Lushpaev S. Legal foundations of food safety of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the legal foundations of food safety of Ukraine. The notion of food safety of state is definited and highlighted its signs. The system of principles of legal regulation of food safety of state is selected. Two stages in formation and development of legislation about food safety are selected and described. The notion of category "legislation of Ukraine about food safety" is defined. The existence of the institute of legal regulation of food safety of Ukraine is proved. The necessity to adopt the law of Ukraine "About food safety of Ukraine" is supported. Normative-legal acts which regulate the relations on production stock-raising, fish and crop products in the aspect of food safety of Ukraine are analysed. The notion of "state-legal regulation of food safety of Ukraine" is formulated and dedicated its signs. The system of public authorities in the sphere of food safety of Ukraine is selected.
