Chovhan O. Social and psychological conditions of philanthropy in future social workers.

The thesis is directed to define the conditions, the psychological determinants and effectiveness of realization the psychological and pedagogical conditions ofbeneficent activity formation in future social workers under the higher establishment regulations. The issue has been analyzed on duality ofbeneficent phenomena as a social and psychological event under the conditions of social activity as a personality oriented social form of reflecting the prosocial personality and his or her altruism in relation to a person who needs help. On the ground of value and psychological approach the possibilities of psychological characterizing of the beneficent activity is defined in the context of its value succession in professional genesis of the social work, at the social and psychological and individually psychological levels. At the personality level the constituent parts of making psychological criteria for beneficent activity in a future social worker being as a significant humanistic professionally necessary feature that influences the effectiveness of professional social activity. The terms are defined of activating the formation and development processes of psychological criteria ofbeneficent activity of fijture social workers. The forms of methodological provision are researched for psychological and pedagogical conditions of intensification the formation of beneficent activity in future specialists of social work during their professional preparation in the higher educational establishments. On the mentioned ground the program ofbeneficent formation is established and developed for the future social workers, the results of its practical use was experimentally tested in the terms of higher educational establishments for the specialty "Social work". The practical recommendations are developed as for formation ofbeneficent activity in future social workers.
