Essay

The object of this study is a process of automated tests development for software programs; Purpose - to decrease the time spent by multiproduct companies to create new and maintain existing software systems for automated testing (SS AT) of graphical user interfaces in a multi-product companies. Methods of the research: graph theory, object-oriented programming, statistical methods and correlation analysis, theory of algorithms; theoretical results are: the mathematical model of the process of development and maintenance of SS AT, a method proposed to assess the source code of SS AT, improved method to compare SS AT development projects; improved method allowing to determine a minimum set of automated tests on basis of system quality attributes; Practical results are: a framework for graphical user interface AT development was developed, software components for enterprise reporting of automated test run results was developed, tools to build business libraries and test scenarios of SS AT were developed. Degree of implementation: at "SoftServe" in projects of of user interface test automation, in Vinnytsia National Technical University. Scope: software testing.
