Bilych A. The value of agricultural enterprises: estimation and factors of growth

The thesis is devoted to the development of methodological approach to valuation of agricultural enterprises as an integral indicator of their economic efficiency, to the definition of economic conditions and appropriate indicators of its measurement for the enterprises of the agricultural sector, substantiation of measures of value-based management by optimizing and streamlining business cost drivers and their components. The question of the interdependence of economic efficiency of enterprises, as is defined under the relevant measurement parameters, with their values is investigated. The characteristic of basic methodological approaches to the evaluation of the latter is suggested. The specificity and an algorithm of agricultural enterprises' valuation is suggested, taking into account the cost of land lease rights, influence of risks of systematic and specific character. The methodological approach to determining the value of agrarian enterprises under different scenarios based on macroeconomic and regional environment analysis and forecasting is practically implemented. Based on the obtained results theoretical and methodological approaches to the system of value-based management for agricultural enterprises in relation to the level of their economic and technical efficiency, insolvency index and other cost drivers are developed.
