The thesis proposed a method for solving one of the most pressing medical problems - improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with concomitant functional disorders - overlap syndrome (FD/NERD), depending on the variant and the correction of violations by assigning complex pathogenetic treatment, the basis of which is the eradication Hp therapy, suppression of gastric secretory function, normalization of the stomach motor activity and emotional state.
