Essay

Theoretical generalizations and new approaches of solving topical scientific task – establishing clinical features, pathogenic mechanisms of mutual complication and increasing effectiveness of treatment in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), obesity and essential hypertension (EH) in the 2nd stage are presented in the thesis. Comprehensive therapy with the use of "Metformin", "Gepadif", "Ezetimile" and "Fozinopril" was found to contribute to the improvement of the clinical course of NASH against the ground of EH in the 2nd stage and obesity for the correction of primary and related diseases, reduction of hepatocytesteatosis, inhibition of the formation of fibrous liver tissue, improvement of hepatic circulation.
