Ogii O. Legal and administrative basis of public-private partnership in Ukraine

The thesis deals with the essence, the basic features, mechanisms for implementation of the public-private partnerships, development of proposals aimed to improve its legal regulation.It is characterized the organizational and legal preconditions of formation and development of the institution of public-private partnership. It is studied the concept, features, and legal nature of the institution of public-private partnership, it is also established the regulatory support in Ukraine, as well as the international experience.It is investigated the administrative and legal relationship as a form of implementation of public-private partnerships and subject composition of the institution of public-private partnership, it is analyzed administrative procedures for implementation of public-private partnership, it is established the essence of guarantees of obligations of parties of the public-private partnership.
