Ablamski S. The realization of the right's victim at the stage of pretrial investigation

This thesis is devoted to the comprehensive research of right's victim realization at the stage of preliminary investigation. The legal protection of persons against whom committed a criminal offense are characterized. It made possible to offer the author's definition of this term. The concept and classification of generalized criminal procedural guarantees of the rights of the victim at the stage of preliminary investigation are defined. It was found means to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of the victim of the criminal investigation and the prosecutor's office of the features on these issues. We consider the international legal regulation of the rights and legitimate interests of the victim, which is dynamic in its development, is the general character requires implementation in national legislation and improvement. Formed and proposed suggestions for improvement provisions of the CPC of Ukraine, including compulsory participation of a representative-attorney victim compensation damages in criminal proceedings and others.
