In research examined nature of the informative providing of activity of office of public prosecutor, which has informative maintenance of acceptance of judicial decisions for a purpose, a concept and essence of informative safety of office of public prosecutor is determined, characterized threat informative safety of office of public prosecutor, as factors of forming of public policy in the sector of safety of the state, maintenance of the legal adjusting of providing of informative safety of office of public prosecutor opens up.The system of information-analytical, theoretical and methodological, administrative, legal, organizational, managerial, and other special measures to ensure the sustainable development of real information security infrastructure and its maintenance, considered individual measures of information security prosecution , grouped the following areas: legal, organizational, and software engineering. Summed up the international experience of legal regulation of information security prosecutor's office identified the possibility of its use in Ukraine , problematic aspects of the legal regulation of information security Prosecutor of Ukraine.An analysis of the practice of information security Prosecutor of Ukraine revealed shortcomings and suggest ways of improving legislation in this area
