Sorokina I. District state administration as the subject of administrative services

In the thesis conducted a comprehensive study of the legal personality of the district state administration of the public entity as defined level of its regulation of public authority and the institutional framework of the activities in the provision of administrative services. Monitored regulatory, reformation of competency regulations governing the scope of administrative services central authorities and their territorial bodies, local authorities, justified copyrights suggestions to improve them by making changes and additions to the Laws of Ukraine "On administrative services" and "On Local State Administrations", a system of government and departmental regulations.
