The dissertation is a monographic research which provides a forensic processing of a personality of juvenile offender, based on the criminology general theory provisions, criminal law and procedure, criminology, legal psychology and a consolidation of investigative and judicial practice conducted characteristics of the initial stage of investigation of terrorist acts committed with the use of improvised explosive devices. The work gives the ground the concept of structural elements and criminological characteristics of terrorist acts committed with the use of improvised explosive devices, which have a way of committing a crime (in the broad sense), the situation of the offense, the typical traces and the individual offender. On the basis of investigative material litigation practice distinguished investigators typical situations and investigative leads that are put forward and tested for initial investigation of terrorist acts committed with the use of improvised explosive devices. The features of the initial phase of the investigation and the possibility of effective use of international cooperation in the investigation of crimes of this kind . A system of effective tactical operations that can be performed at the initial stage of the investigation of terrorist acts committed using improvised explosive devices, advanced scientific statements about the place and importance of inspection of the scene , attracting experts undercover investigator (detective) actions in the structure of the initial phase of tactical operations investigation of terrorist acts committed with the use of improvised explosive devices as well as forensic developed recommendations for effective enforcement.
