The thesis is devoted to the issue of Pediatrics - optimizing treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis in children based on studies of the characteristics of clinical course, gastroprotective properties, character of the morphological changes of mucous membrane of stomach and duodenum, sharing status of zinc. In this work was investigated the clinical course of chronic gastroduodenitis, endoscopic, histologic changes in the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum, the state cytoprotective properties of gastric mucus, depending on the child's body providing by zinc. Proved that zinc deficit in the child's body plays an important in the clinical course of chronic gastroduodenitis, affect the state of cytoprotective properties of the gastric mucosa, which is manifested significantly low in mucosal barrier levels of fucose and glycosaminoglycans. Based on the research the application of zinc sulphate in the treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis in children with low zinc providing substantiated. Combined therapy of chronic gastroduodenitis in children given zinc differentiated by the use of zinc, improves the clinical picture, significantly reduces frequency of exacerbations of chronic gastroduodenitis, restores the gastroprotective properties.
