Viknyanska A. Financial mechanism of social insurance for temporary disability

Object: process of formation and use of financial resources of the Fund system of social insurance for temporary disability in Ukraine. Objective: deepening the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the financial mechanism SITD in Ukraine. Methods: historical and retrospective, comparison and synthesis, grouping, induction and deduction, structural, factor, economic and statistical analysis, economic modeling, strategic and structural-functional analysis. Results: The first time developed the concept ensuring the effectiveness of the financial mechanism SITD in Ukraine, which is aimed at addressing the following main tasks: the harmonization of legislation in the field of SITD in the Code of Social Insurance; determining the organizational and legal status of controls and their structuring; ensuring information transparency SITD Foundation; improving the socio-economic formation efficiency, the use of reserve funds and the Fund SITD, improved instruments SITD of the financial mechanism, scientific and methodological basis for evaluating the effectiveness SITD in terms of economic and social efficiency. Use: in activity of executive Directorate of the Fund SITD when submitting proposals for amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Mandatory State Social Insurance against temporary disability benefits and expenses related to burial", in the learning process of Bukovynian University.
