Essay

The history of the licensed activity in the field of fuel and energy сomplex in Ukraine was examined. The general characteristics of the fuel and energy complex in Ukraine are described. The appropriateness of the term "licensed activity" in the legal system in Ukraine is substantiated. Analysis of licensing and licence in the field of fuel and energy complex in Ukraine is made. The author characterised a mechanism, defined the range of subjects and suggested ways of improving the administrative and legal framework of the licensed activity in the fuel and energy сomplex in Ukraine.
