Lepekh Y. Administrative-legal protection of the right to housing in Ukraine

The thesis constitutes a comprehensive study of administrative-legal protection of the right to housing in Ukraine. The researcher substantiates new scientific provisions, clarifies the content of the notions and terms that are of importance for science and practice. Following the goal set, the notions are defined and the distinctive features of administrative-legal protection of the right to housing are outlined, proposals on improvement of the current legislation in the sphere are formulated. The mechanism of administrative-legal enforcement of the right to housing is considered, and its basic components are analyzed. Directions of administrative-legal protection of the right to housing in Ukraine are suggested.
