Girnyk O. Social attendance under legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with research of legal aspects of social attendance in Ukraine. The notion of social attendance is formulated on the basis of analysis of its field (genitive) and special (species) features. Legal features and the system of social risks as the grounds of social attendance are considered. Subjects, who have the right to social attendance, are delineated and additional conditions for the realization of their right are proposed. Stages of the realization of the right to social attendance are analyzed in the dissertation. Obliged subjects are characterized according to functions they perform in the sphere of social attendance. Types of social attendance are researched.
