The dissertation deals with complex research of social security procedural legal relationship. The notion, legal features and peculiarities of these legal relations are revealed. Proposals concerning improvement of classifications of social security procedural legal relationship are formulated on the basis of analysis of legal scientific literature and legislation of Ukraine. Specific attention is paid to the consideration of notion, kinds and legal personality of subjects of social security legal relationship.
