Maryna A. Financial safety of the country in the conditions of financial integration

The thesis is devoted to currently important problems of providing financial safety of country in the conditions of financial integration, developing scientific-methodological and practical recommendations in relation to forming the principles of stability and invulnerability of financial sphere of a country in the process of increasing its participation in the world flows of financial resources. The thesis proposes a definition of the concept "financial safety of a country in the conditions of financial integration" and gives conceptual stipulations of providing financial safety of a country in the conditions of financial integration. The scientific-methodological approach to the estimation of financial strength of a country security taking into account the processes of financial integration is improved, that allowed to get more objective estimation of the state of stability and safety of financial sphere of a country as a result of taking into account the influence of integration processes and trends in the world economic system. The realization of the mechanism of providing financial safety of a country in the conditions of financial integration will enable increasing firmness, independence, safety, stability and competitiveness of the national financial system in the world financial system. In order to form a set of tools providing the financial safety, author proposes using a "Financial safety - Financial integration of a country" matrix, that optimizes the process of making decisions and introducing measures in relation to the achievement of optimal financial safety of a country in the conditions of financial integration.
