This research focuses on issues in terms of tax and legal regulation in Ukraine. The work carried out in-depth analysis of the nature and characteristics of the calculation, the specific features and terms as a general legal perspective and in terms of their legal regulation in the tax law in Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the classification of the tax and legal terms, and its consequences, the tax characterization of the timing as legal facts, the definition of limitation periods and their purpose, and consider cases of disorderly conduct tax compliance and legal terms, and the consequences that come for such violations.
