Garbar K. Medical and social aspects of the urban adolescent schoolchildren health formation and preservation.

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical substantiation and the new solving of actual pediatric scientific problem of increasing of early diagnostics efficiency and prophylaxis of chronic somatic diseases and disorders of psychoemotional condition of urban adolescent schoolchildren on the basis of studying environmental factors influence on formation and preservation of their health and development of a differentiated measures complex of sanogenetical health correction taking into account adaptation and reserve organism resources. It has been proved that reliable markers of clinical epidemiological screening verification of adolescent schoolchildren state of health are: level of physical state, results of Rufye test, general non-specific adaptation reaction type, indexes of somatic cells power potential, level of resistance to respiratory diseases and presence of chronic pathology. The most powerful factors influencing formation of adolescent schoolchildren health and factors preserving and strengthening health have been revealed. The rank structure of above mentioned factors influence defers depending on the type of educational institution and the sex of adolescent schoolchildren. Complex of health-improving measures taking into account a condition of nonspecific resistance, reserves and adaptation resources has been advanced and its efficiency has been proved.
