Thesis dedicates to development and research influence of logistic system on competitiveness of the metallurgical enterprise. Logistics concept in business activity of metallurgical enterprise was development, in the issue system interactions was created, on which was supplement the main factors in every link supply chain. Economic-organizing mechanism of logistic system metallurgical enterprise was developed, which involves impact components of internal and external environment in basic structural units.
