Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of the scientific and applied task connected with increase of efficiency of management process of financial and economic activity of the industrial enterprises. The conceptual approach to mechanisms of strategic management by financial and economic activity of the industrial enterprises, based on idea of the complex analysis, strategic and operational planning and control with use of modern methods and models is developed. Methods which consider the following factors are proved: concentration of own capital, maneuverability of own capital, ratio of own and debt funds and etc.
