This work articulates the concept of corporate culture and its components, and gives a number of theoretical approaches to the concept interpretation. The work establishes substantive differences between corporate and organizational culture. It systematizes methodical approaches to the corporate culture evaluation, and provides the research algorithm. The work contains ranking of external and internal impact factors on the corporate culture.
