Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the improvement of the treatment efficiency of infants with iron deficiency anaemia by way of detection of the diselementhosises and their purposeful correction. It has been determined that the leading etiological factor of the iron deficiency anaemia was irrational nourishment (93,4 %), the clinics has shown the combination of anaemic and astheno-vegetative (41,5 %) and sideropenic (35,8 %) syndroms. The results of the research have shown that the iron deficiency anaemia at infants is followed by the diselementhosis, the symptoms of which are in most cases the substantial lowering of zinc, copper and magnesium content at blood serum combined with lower copper and magnesium’s urine excretion. On the ground of iron deficiency anaemia and the accompanying elemental disorders one has detected the increase of catalasa’s activity and ceruloplasmin level. One has found out that the iron deficiency anaemia at infants is followed by the destabilization of immunogenesis’ mechanisms alongside with the substantial CD3+, CD8+, CD4+, CD16+ (р<0,001) deficiency. Сomplex clinical and laboratory tests. One has designed the algorithm for the diagnostics of the diselementhosis on the ground of iron deficiency anaemia together with the traditional therapy by means of complex microelemental medication, which has showed the good positive dynamics of the clinic symptoms, removing of the diselemental displays and the normalization of system immunity indices.
