In the thesis are revealed the peculiarities of the formation of the competitiveness of the livestock sectors current national and global food markets, reasonably knobs and levers of increase in the competitive environment, risks, uncertainties in depth methodological basis of evaluation of the competitiveness and efficiency of its regulation. Define the levels of competitiveness of the livestock sectors, the analysis of the market monitoring of animal products, estimation of the effectiveness of controls and levers competitiveness. Identify opportunities to the growing influence of institutional regulators, organizational and financial-economic leverage, justified the actions of the state programs of improvement of competitiveness of the livestock industries in the framework of a unified concept of security.
