The dissertation describes the main features of the process of reproduction of fixed assets in agricultural enterprises. The current status and effectiveness of fixed assets in enterprises is analyzed. The most influential internal and external factors that contribute to organizational and economic mechanism of formation of assets are formulated and analyzed. Correlation effective use of fixed assets, depending on their size is determined. The influence of the amortization policy for the reproduction of fixed assets is determined and strategic direction of its formation is proved. List of risks of organizational-economic mechanism, which are classified into four main groups: technological, organizational, social and economic is formed.
