Object - the process of investing in agricultural units under development and stabilization of the agricultural sector. The goal - improvement of theoretical, scientific, methodological and organizational principles of investment activity of agricultural units in the market. Methods - dialectical, abstract and logical, monographic, statistical analysis, rows of dynamics, settlement and constructive, Economics and Mathematics. Results - deepen and theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of investment in agricultural units and foundation of offers to improve its efficiency. Novelty - it was developed a method of rationalizing investment processes based on the theory of system limiting. It justifying the need of priority installation areas of investment aimed at empowerment of production and top materials subsystems according to the streaming approach, by increasing their capacity to facilitate more effective use of investment resources. It was introduced in the private agricultural enterprise "Agroprodservice" agricultural LLC "Ukraine" LLC "Blagodar-AGRO", Department of Agricultural Development of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, Office of External Relations, Foreign Economic Activity of Ternopil Regional State Administration and the learning process of Ternopil National Economic University. Sphere of usage - the activity of the enterprises of agroindustrial sector.
