Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of chemical synthesis method of semiconductor nanoparticles of different shapes, and the method of their doping. It was shown, that using colloidal method may obtain a spherical nanoparticles and layered nanoparticles with narrow size dispersion. In addition, this method allow doping process by magnetic impurities of different shaped nanoparticles. There shown the interaction peculiarities of semiconductor nanoparticles with a model protein - human serum albumin.
