The thesis is devoted to investigation of magnetic, kinetic and optical properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors solid solutions Hg1-x-yCdxEuySe, Hg1-x-yCdxGdySe, Hg1-x-yCdxDyySe crystals, and study of the influence of heat treatment in compounds vapors, temperature and magnetic fields on this properties. Peculiarities of magnetic characteristics of crystals are stipulated by clusters of multiple type and size, and changes in cluster crystal subsystem as a result of heat treatment. Heat treatment the samples in compounds vapors lead to changes of kinetic coefficients.
