Essay

In the thesis the theoretical foundations of innovative development of the national economy are studied. Some practical recommendations to enhance the impact of higher education on the innovative development of the national economy of Ukraine are grounded. The forms and areas of influence of higher education, the basic function of universities in the system of providing innovative development, the essence of state regulation of higher education as a factor of innovative development of the national economy are generalized.
