The dissertation is devoted the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of forming the national development strategy of the local innovative centers in Ukraine. The conceptual device on researched subjects is specified on the economic essence of local innovative centers is exposed, investigational going near determination of essence and structure of realization of public innovative policy.The theoretical and methodical researches allowed to ground the role of local innovative centers in development of national economy.
