Kychan O. Organizational and economic regulation of mergers and acquisitions in the domestic economy

The research focuses on theoretical, methodological and scientific foundations of organizational and economic regulation of mergers and acquisitions in the economy of Ukraine. It was deepen economic understanding of mergers and acquisitions as an object of regulation in the national economy. Based on the generalization of theoretical approaches, it was proved that merger is gaining of a complete control on the basis of mutual consent by one of the participants of this activity over another with its simultaneous loss of the independent legal status. And absorption is a case of a merger, where the main characteristic feature is absence of participants' mutual consent, practically it's implementation of a hostile merger.
