The thesis deals with the legal regulation of local budgets execution income. Ascertain the legal nature of the budget and defines the concept of the local budget. Highlighted the principles of local budgets in Ukraine. Disclosed and characterized the incomes of local budgets. Generically different approaches to classification of local revenues and proposed their own grouping criteria such income.
