Rubish M. Foreign economic activities of business entities in the process of implementation of joint projects of cross-border cooperation

The thesis is dedicated to the research of theoretical and practical principles of implementation of joint projects of cross-border cooperation by business entities in the process of carrying out foreign economic activities. The role of joint investment projects implemented by business entities in cross-border cooperation has been substantiated. The analysis of foreign economic activities of business entities of a border region in the process of realization of joint investment projects aimed to solve the problems of the population's life support on both sides of the neighboring territories' border has been analyzed. The conceptual approaches to working-out and realization of the mechanism of functioning the business entities in the process of implementation of joint projects of cross-border cooperation presupposing the formation of a system of motivational factors for the domestic and foreign entities, taking into account risks in achieving the objectives enabling a clearer orientation and specification of project objectives and providing the desired result have been proposed.
