The thesis is devoted to improving the process of grinding of grain forages in the conditions of farming through the optimization of the design and technological parameters single roll crusher. It is established that the actual direction of increasing the efficiency of equipment for grinding grain for farms is the improvement of the rolling mill, in particular equal roller (roll - and - deck) crushers. Determined a condition procrastination of grain, designed estimated mathematical model of movement of grain between roll and deck, which allows to determine the speed of movement of the grain in the working gap and bandwidth crusher. Based on experimental results the dependence of the energy and qualitative indicators of the process of grinding grain from the managed parameters: frequency of rotation of the drum, the angle of inclination of the guide, the angle of coverage of drum-deck, the values of the working gap. Explain rational parameters crushers provide decrease of the dust fraction in 5 times, increase in uniformity of size distribution of products of grinding, reduction of energy intensity of the process by 35%.
