Object of research - the process of low-carbon steels corrosion in environments of food production. The purpose of research - to develop and establish the mechanism of action of inhibitors based on vegetable raw Ukraine. Methods of research - corrosion, adsorption, spectral, statistics, computer modeling. Theoretical and practical results - developed new environmentally friendly inhibitors, including high aftereffect, for use in corrosion protection equipment for food industry. Scientific research put into practice corrosion protection equipment food enterprises.
