Petrenko Y. Forming local taxation system in industrial city

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an urgent scientific task of forming the system of local taxation in an industrial city. The necessity of introducing the fiscal significant local taxes and fees according to the provision of local authorities with the levers of local economies regulation by establishing tax benefits is argued. The basic principles of local taxation system are determined. Based on the analysis of foreign experience the typology of local taxes and fees in the different countries of the world and in Ukraine is developed. The scientific and methodical approach to determining the influence of local taxation on industrial city's development is substantiated based on the method of system dynamics, on the results of the use of which four scenarios of the city development are considered and the proposals on forming the local taxation system in an industrial city are offered.
