Dissertation ascertains notion, main features, forms, methods of financial control as one of the functions of State Financial Inspection of Ukraine and its territorial organs, which represent a part of control system in the state. The work demonstrates that a mentioned organ of financial control being a part of control system itself is a complicated structured system that performs a continuously changing role in the first system mentioned.
