Sotnyk A. Institutionalization of legal politology in modern political science.

The author studies political and legal approaches towards the determination of the subject of legal political science. The author analyzes factors that determine its development in Ukraine. She also analyses the modern multiple paradigm of understanding of the legal political science and outlines this problem in scientific theories. Based on the analysis of different approaches, she has given the author's definition of legal political science as a subsystem of political science and academic discipline and determined its functions. There has been comprehensively studied and systematized conceptual framework of legal political science.
