Polyak -. Measles in the children in association with parasitic infestation: clinical - pathogenetic parallels

Thesis is devoted to the task of improving diagnosis and improve the efficiency of therapeutic activities in the children with associated pathology of measles and parasitic infestation on the basis of the study of clinical - pathogenetical features of current measles in association with parasitic infestation. Were examined 130 children diagnosed with measles and parasitic infestation association (ascariasis, trichuriasis) and formed two groups for the solve this objective: 1 group, n = 87 patients, with a primary diagnosis of measles and associated diagnosis - parasitic infestation; group 2, n = 43 patients with a primary diagnosis - measles. We proposed combined scheme with the inclusion to the basic treatment of anthelmintic drug " Vormil" enterosorbent "Atoxil" and probiotic "Enterozhermina." for the increase the effectiveness of treatment of measles infection in association with parasitic infestation and prevent complications. Our dates showed clinical efficacy on the manifestations of the disease and normalisation of levels trace element, humoral immunity, cytokine parameters of blood and urine. These results will improve the functional state of organs and systems of the child's organism with diagnosed parasitic infestations.
