Essay

The thesis is devoted to developing effective concretes with organic-mineral complex, based on fly ash, polikarboksylat superplasticizers and polyethyleneglycol, for massive monolithic building. Purpose - development highly modified concrete for the construction of massive monolithic structures, with improved performance, including high fracture toughness. Object - aimed to regulate the process of structure concrete, modified with complex organo-mineral supplements. Item - effective modified concrete for massive monolithic structures. Research methods - plastometry, termoporometry, X-ray, differential-thermal and electron-microscopy raster. Novelty - study features formation of pore structure of the modified artificial stone and found, that when using the proposed complex supplements, may receive material with developed system of nanopores. The composition of concretes for massive monolithic building classes B30 ... B40, which are low ekzotermy, high crack resistance, water resistance (to W8), frost (F200), and the introduction of the developed complex supplement, also contributes intensification set of concrete strength in later periods (28 days up to 1 year). Industries - construction.
