Essay

The object of research - mechanoactivated plasticized astringent with agstone for plaster mortars on its basis; goal - the improvement of structural and mechanical qualities of mortars at the expense of insertion in the composition of portland cement of agstone and mechanical activation of astringent in presence of the superplasticizer С-3; methods- for clarifying the role of mechanochemical activation for the efficient viscosity of suspension of astringent, as well physical and mechanical characteristics of mortar was used a high speed mixer with the operated number of turns of a working organ of mixing chamber; was used X-ray phase method of physical and chemical analysis; were employed the methods of experimental planning, the elaboration of results of the experiment was passed with a use of the methods of mathematical statistics; results - it was optimized a quantity of limestone in Portland cement providing the achievement of minimal value of the efficient viscosity of suspension; as well optimized the compositions of mechanoactivated bonding substance with the additive of agstone providing a maximum water-retaining capacity of water mortar; elaborated the compositions of water mortar of marks 75, 100, 150, 200 on mechanoactivated astringent; introduced - with the release of dry mixes low cost for plaster works.
