Essay

The dissertation report deals with the problem related to development highlevel tools for design, scheduling and execution control of different types of computational tasks in grid-environment. The main result of the thesis is the developing of information technology that is realized as framework for grid-applications development, which in addition to the basic services to implement grid-operation provides services of design tasks in user-friendly mode, finding the optimal placement of the task on the set of available resources taking into account the structural characteristics of the tasks, specified level of quality of service, the parameters of grid-network, and dynamic rescheduling mechanisms in the case of resources fail.
